How do I open an account?
It's very easy! Print out a Credit Application, fill out the application and fax it to (808) 593-2609 Attn: Jean. She will make sure you are all set-up and ready to go, ASAP! If you have any further questions call or email Jean.
Where is your office?
We are centrally located at 575 Cooke Street in Kakaako, just outside of downtown Honolulu.
If you are traveling eastbound on the H-1, take the Punchbowl Street off ramp. If you are traveling westbound on the H-1, take the Vineyard Blvd. off ramp and turn left on Punchbowl Street.
Go down Punchbowl Street, then turn left on Queen Street and right on Cooke Street. Our office is 1 block down on the left side.
From Ala Moana Blvd. turn onto Cooke Street and head toward the mountains approximately 4 blocks. Our office is on the right hand side at the corner of Halekauwila Street and Cooke Street.

What kind of files can you print?
Autocad, Plot Files, TIFFs, CALS, Autodesk dwf, and more.
Do you scan, and to what formats?
We scan both large and small format, plans and project specifications, to postscript, PDF, or TIFF formats. We can create Electronic Bid Documents on a CD for bidding or archiving.
Can I wait for my order?
Absolutely! Many of our customers do, but if it is a larger job, we'll have it ready when you come back. Stop by - we have great parking, coffee and snacks are available all day.
Can you print microfilm from the City & County Data Processing Department? What is the cost?
Yes! We have a wonderful relationship with the City & County. Once you have authorized us to pick up the microfilm we will print the sheets you need and have them ready at our office. A full size sheet is $15.00, half size sheets are $8.00.
Can you make copies from my blueprints or do I have to have the original prints?
Yes! With today's technology, we can make copies from your blueprints, no matter what shape they're in. We can also scan your plans to a CD, so you won't have to worry about them getting old, faded or misplaced.
I want copies of a City & County Bid job, or State of Hawaii DAGS Bid job, do you have it?
Yes! We have on file ALL City & County Bid Jobs as well as State of Hawaii DAGS Bid jobs.
Getting into town is difficult for us, do you deliver?
Yes! We will pick up and deliver ISLAND WIDE. Most of the time the price for pick up and deliveries are included in the printing cost.
